We use different providers to get you the lowest price possible per parcel, depending on your location the parcel might go through several companies to get to you safely.

You will get a reference number with your order so you can easily trace the parcel. We offer regular and express services.

We offer international delivery on all of our products, we cannot deliver large parcels and hides to Post box addresses.

This will usually depend on type of delivery chosen, time of year (christmas, national holidays, etc) and customs clearance.

Payment

We take payment through Stripe, the leading Woocomerce online payment provider.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

www.fletcherhandmade.co.uk uses a secure SSL certificate awarded by GeoTrust – powered by DigiCert to make your details and payments as safe as possible.

Orders & Returns

The ordering process is quite straightforward:

Step 1: Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the products you want to purchase and they will be added to your cart.

Step 2: Click “View Cart” or click on the cart in the top right corner of the page and use any coupon codes you have by clicking on “Coupon Code” and then click Apply to receive a discount on your order.

Step 4: Either you can “Continue shopping” or click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to proceed to the next steps.

Step 5: Provide us with your name,  email address, shipping address, phone number and payment details. Finally, click on “place order” to go ahead.

Step 6: Once the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. Also, we will send you an email confirming your order.

If you have any further questions, you can write to us at contact@fletcherhandmade.co.uk  

Please email us about any changes or cancellation you need at contact@fletcherhandmade.co.uk. This can be done only while the order is showing “Processing Order”. When you have received an email with “Completed order” we cannot change or cancel your order. 

You do not need an account to place an order. 

We will send you an email with a tracking code once the parcel has shipped if the shipping method will be a tracked one.
